Strength training uses a person’s own weight as a source of natural resistance. Since exercise equipment is not normally needed for this form of exercise, it can be done in most rooms and budgets.

Functional efficiency

Functional fitness enables people to live everyday life with greater strength, balance, and endurance. The programs are ideal for seniors and people who have recently undergone physical therapy. Functional training classes typically involve specialized equipment or settings designed to improve balance, coordination, agility, and speed. All while performing variations on traditional strength exercises.

Yoga

Yoga is changing as a fitness trend, but it’s on the rise again in 2014. There are many incarnations of yoga, but most share a common theme of promoting strength, flexibility, and balance. Mainly performed in a group setting, thanks to constant practice, you can achieve mental and emotional balance as well as stability along with a toned figure. These enduring trends (yoga has been around for more than 3,000 years and Pilates since the 1950s). They will be kept fresh by an ever-changing approach to childbirth. For example, you can try your hand at aerial yoga, Rage Yoga, or hip-hop yoga. Outdoor activities
